Kyle has been in the automotive industry, primarily Jeeps and trucks, for close to 20 years now. He once owned part of a local 4 wheel drive shop specializing in off road fabrication and a full line of truck accessories. He also started a franchise doing Line-X spray on truck bed liners, and says of this "Man what a fantastic product!"
He helped open, and now is one of the partners in the Vilas Village Trading Post. His booth space specializes in automotive merchandise and tools, but you will also find some very attractive antiques, collectibles, and candles as well. He is our go to guy for assistance with heavy work, and helps keep the day to day maintenance of the store running smoothly.
Kyle currently does internet sales with an ebay store, http://stores.ebay.com/HC4X4, and has a website coming soon, HC4X4.com, selling products from Rubicon Express, ARB, Old Man Emu and more.
Pauline retired from hotel management after 35 years, and now indulges her love of shopping by searching out treasures for others. She says, "It is a real natural high to discover a beautiful old piece of glass or hand carving hiding under layers of grit and grime."
An avid reader, constantly in search of information, Pauline is also a Southern History buff.
That the Vilas Village Trading Post occupies a local historical store site pleases her a great deal. Personable, and always helpful, she will add to your enjoyment of shopping our store.
Pauline also helped in getting the store opened, and is a partner in the operation. Her booths feature beautiful things for many moods and needs. From vintage jewelry and glassware, to sewing notions and delightful kitchen ware, you will find much to enjoy browsing her offerings.
Yvonne has been collecting and selling antiques and memorabilia for over 50 years. She has a fine selection of vintage items including books, prints, magazines, and advertising art.
She also offers lovely old and new glass, beautiful antique lamps, and many other fine collectibles.
Years spent on the show circuit and in flea markets such as Hillsville, Va. give her many an interesting tale to tell, as well as an impressive store of knowledge to share. She has an

Also a partner in the Vilas Village Trading Post, Yvonne was a willing worker in the opening of the store. She takes a lot of pride in being part of the re-opening of a historical old store that served the area in another capacity for many years.
